Cookie policy
We explain which cookies this website uses, which ones are essential, and which ones are only activated if you authorise them.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves on your device. Other browser storage spaces, such as local storage, are also considered equivalent technologies. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
2. Your consent
The first time you visit, we show you a panel with three options: accept all, reject those that are not necessary, or configure them. Until you make a choice, only technical cookies are active.
Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change or withdraw it at any time from the "Manage cookies" link in the website's footer or from the button below.
3. Technical cookies (necessary)
These are essential for the website to function and to remember your cookie choice. They do not require consent and are not used for advertising or to analyse your browsing.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| am_consent_v1 | Save the cookies you have accepted or rejected. | First-party · browser local storage | Until you delete it or withdraw consent |
4. Analytics and measurement cookies
These are used to understand, in aggregate form, which services and itineraries are of most interest, how many people request a quote and from where, and to improve the site accordingly.
They are only activated if you accept them. If you reject them, they are not installed and your browsing is not measured with those tools.
5. Advertising and social media cookies
These allow us to show you ads related to our services outside this website, measure the results of campaigns, and connect with the Facebook and Instagram buttons.
They are only activated if you accept them. If you reject them, the social media buttons continue to work as normal links, but no advertising cookies are installed.
6. Third-party resources loaded
- Google fonts: the website loads fonts from Google LLC's servers, which receive the device's IP address when serving them. Google may process this data outside the EU with the safeguards provided under the GDPR.
- Google Maps: the link to the location only opens if you click it, and Google's privacy terms apply from that point onward.
None of these resources is used to make decisions about your profile or for personalised advertising without your consent.
7. How to delete or block cookies
In addition to using our panel, you can delete or block cookies from your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: menu ⋮ → Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Mozilla Firefox: Menu → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Menu ⋯ → Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
If you disable technical cookies, some parts of the website may not work correctly.
8. Updates to this policy
This policy may change if we introduce new tools or if required by regulation. If the change affects a cookie you had already accepted, we will ask you again. The version in force is the one published here, together with its update date.
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, write to us at info@autocaresmora.com.
