Many weddings on the island take place at country estates away from the towns. A coach with driver means everyone can enjoy the celebration and get back to their accommodation comfortably at the end.
How we organise wedding transport
Tell us where the guests are staying, where the ceremony is and where the reception will be held, with the planned times. With that information we prepare the outbound and return routes.
If there are several return runs at the end of the night or stops at more than one hotel, mention it in the comments. In the form choose “Custom service” and the “Wedding” option so it is clear from the start.
Which vehicle to choose for your guests
For a small group, such as close family, the 16-seat minibus is enough. For medium-sized weddings, the 29-seat midibus or the 38-seat coach, and for celebrations with many guests, the 56-seat coach. We can also combine vehicles if guests are spread out.
Family-run transport for your wedding guests
For your wedding in Menorca, choose a family company whose story began on the island in 1984. The next generation took over in 2022. All services come with a driver, so your guests can leave the driving to us between their accommodation and the celebration.

Your wedding journeys can cover all of Menorca: Mahón, Ciutadella, Fornells, Cala Galdana, Son Bou, Binibèquer, Es Mercadal, Alaior, Sant Lluís, Es Castell, Ferreries and Es Migjorn Gran, along with the airport, port, hotels, fincas and holiday resorts. For a venue or guest pick-up point that is not listed in the form, type the address in the free-text field and we will take it into account in the quote.

Share your wedding transport plans by form, WhatsApp or phone and receive a free, no-commitment quote. If you accept it, a 30% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance payable as agreed.
You may change or cancel the wedding service without charge up to 48 hours beforehand. Submitting the form is an enquiry, not a firm reservation; wait for our confirmation of your booking.
