Who this service is for
It is designed for groups arriving in Menorca together who would rather not rely on taxis or public transport: large families, groups of friends, wedding guests, sports teams, school trips or companies bringing their team to the island.
The vehicle is for your group only and leaves from the point you choose. Everyone arrives at the same time with their luggage, and nobody has to organise several cars on arrival.
How the transfer works
In the form you choose the pick-up point and destination, date, time and number of passengers. For a return transfer you also add the date and time of the way back in the same step.
When the pick-up is at the airport, you can type your flight number in the optional box so we have it as a reference. Any extra detail, such as bulky luggage or stops on the way, goes in the comments.
Which vehicle to choose for your group
For small groups, the 16-seat minibus is the most practical option. Between 17 and 29 people the 29-seat midibus usually fits, and for larger groups we have 36-, 38- and 56-seat coaches. If you are not sure which one you need, tell us the number of passengers and we will recommend the right vehicle in the quote.

A Menorcan family business for your transfer
Your airport or port transfer is in the hands of a Menorcan family company founded in 1984. A new generation took over in 2022, continuing the family business. Every transfer includes a driver, leaving your group free to enjoy the journey to or from your accommodation.
Air conditioning and seat belts come with our vehicles, whether your transfer is a short local journey or takes you across the island.

Tell us your pick-up point and destination, the date and time, and roughly how many passengers are travelling. Let us know whether you need a return transfer too. Use the notes for intermediate stops, flexible timings or special luggage, so the quote reflects the journey between the airport or port and your accommodation.

Transfers cover the whole island, including Mahón, Ciutadella, Fornells, Cala Galdana, Son Bou, Binibèquer, Es Mercadal, Alaior, Sant Lluís, Es Castell, Ferreries and Es Migjorn Gran. We serve the airport, the port, hotels, fincas and holiday resorts. If your accommodation or other pick-up address is missing from the form's list, enter it as free text so we can include it in your transfer quote.

Request your airport or port transfer through the form, WhatsApp or phone. We provide a free quote with no commitment. To go ahead, confirm with a 30% deposit; the remaining payment is made as agreed.
Transfer changes and cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the service. The form alone does not secure your booking: your transfer is booked only when we confirm it to you.

Do you do transfers from the port as well as the airport?
Yes. We pick up and drop off groups at both Menorca airport and the port, to and from any hotel or accommodation on the island.
Can I ask for the outbound and return trip in one request?
Yes. Choose “Return” in the form and add the date and time of the way back; we send you a single quote.
What is the flight number for?
It is an optional box. We use it as a reference for your arrival or departure when preparing the transfer.
