How we organise the trip
Tell us the school, the destination, the date, the departure and return times, and the number of pupils and staff. If the trip has several stops, describe them in the notes.
In the form choose «Custom service» and the «School excursion» type. We send a quote the school can approve in good time.
Which vehicle suits the class
For a small group, the 16-seat minibus or the 26- and 29-seat midibuses. For one or two classes with their teachers, the 36-, 38- and 56-seat coaches. If a whole year group is travelling, we combine vehicles.

Autocares Mora is a Menorcan family business founded in 1984; a new generation took over in 2022. The school deals directly with the family that runs the company, with no middlemen.
Our vehicles have air conditioning and seat belts, and a driver is always included, whether for a short trip to the next town or a day that crosses the island.

Give us the school and the destination, the date, the departure and return times and the total number of pupils and teachers. Add any stops, flexible timings or activity equipment in the notes so the quote reflects the trip as you have planned it.
School trips all over Menorca
We pick up at schools across the island, such as Mahón, Ciutadella, Alaior, Es Mercadal, Ferreries, Es Migjorn Gran, Sant Lluís, Es Castell and Fornells, and take the group to museums, archaeological sites, beaches, sports facilities, the airport or the port. If the destination is not in the form, type the address as free text.
From enquiry to confirmed trip
Ask for a quote through the form, WhatsApp or phone; it is free and without obligation. Once the school approves it, a 30% deposit confirms the booking and the rest is paid as agreed.
If the trip changes date or is called off, you can change or cancel it free of charge up to 48 hours before. The booking is firm once we confirm it.
