How we organise event transport
Send us the programme with times, pick-up points and the approximate number of attendees. If there are several transfers on different days, list them in the comments or in a single message.

Which vehicle to choose for your group
The 16-seat minibus is useful for executives or small groups. For medium-sized teams, the 29-seat midibus, and for conferences and large groups, the 36-, 38- and 56-seat coaches, which can be combined at the same event.

Changes or cancellations to the service are free up to 48 hours in advance. A submitted form is not a firm booking for your team: the reservation takes effect when we confirm it to you.
