• Identification and contact data: name, email address and phone number that you provide to us.
• Trip data: origin, destination, dates and times, number of seats, flight number if you provide one, and any comments you write about what you need.
• Communication data: the content of emails, calls or messages we exchange, including WhatsApp messages.
• Browsing data: the data needed to remember your cookie choice and, if applicable, aggregated information on use of the site.

We do not ask you for specially protected data (health, ideology, origin, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include such data in the comments field of the form.

• Handling your request and preparing the quote — legal basis: implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Providing and managing the contracted service (assigning vehicle and driver, communicating changes, invoicing) — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Complying with tax, accounting, employment and transport obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Sending you our own offers or marketing and measuring campaigns — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting services already provided.

The form fields are the ones needed in order to respond to you: if you do not provide them, we will not be able to prepare a proposal for you.

For as long as the quote negotiation lasts and, if you go on to contract the service, for the time needed to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting and transport-related). If you do not contract the service, your request data is kept for a short period so we can assist you if you contact us again, and is then deleted.

We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes. The following may access it, as data processors under a corresponding contract (Art. 28 GDPR):

• The provider that hosts and maintains this website.
• The email service we use to respond to you.
• Our tax and accounting advisors, when necessary.

We may also be required to disclose data to public authorities, courts or law enforcement agencies when required by law.

Some providers (web hosting, email, and the Google font service that loads the site's typography) may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, the safeguards provided for under the GDPR apply: European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

You may request at any time, by writing to info@autocaresmora.com and attaching a document proving your identity, to:

• Access your data and know what we process.
• Rectify it if it is inaccurate.
• Erase it when it is no longer necessary.
• Restrict its processing or object to it.
• Receive it in electronic format (portability).
• Not be subject to automated decisions, including profiling.

If you consider that we have not properly handled your request, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted access to the website (HTTPS), restricted access to data, and providers that offer security guarantees. The cookie choice you save in your browser is not transmitted to our servers.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you are a minor, please ask your parent or guardian to write to info@autocaresmora.com to handle the request.

The authorised manager may save trip details, photographs and drafts for Instagram and Facebook in Lovable Cloud. Access requires an account and email verification; drafts and photos are not public and can be deleted from the private area.

When requesting a generation, the selected details and photographs are sent to the Lovable AI Gateway to produce text and hashtags. Content is not published automatically on social networks. Passengers' personal data and photographs must not be included without the necessary rights and authorisations, particularly where minors appear. Texts must be reviewed before publication.

The processing of work accounts and drafts is carried out to manage the company's communications. The manager should review provider agreements, the applicable safeguards and the retention of this content before using the service with personal data.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our activity or in the applicable regulations. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, together with its last update date.
